Who we are

Sky Palette designs and builds custom wedding websites and day-of guest apps for couples and the wedding planners who serve them. We provide these services on behalf of our clients (couples and planners) and, in doing so, may process information about their wedding guests.

Information we collect

• Information you provide: names, email addresses, phone numbers, and event details that couples, planners, and guests submit through our websites and apps (for example, when responding to an RSVP or contacting us).
• Event content: schedules, photos, messages, and other content couples and planners choose to share for their celebration.
• Usage information: basic, standard technical data such as device and browser type and pages viewed, used to operate and improve our services.

How we use information

• To build and operate wedding websites and day-of guest apps for our clients.
• To send wedding-related communications — such as invitations, RSVP requests, reminders, and event updates — by email and SMS, with consent.
• To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
• To maintain the security, reliability, and quality of our services.

Email & SMS messaging terms

• What we send: wedding-related updates, invitations, RSVP requests, reminders, and event-day information on behalf of the couple or planner.
• Message frequency: varies by event and may increase as the wedding date approaches.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any SMS message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages to people who have not provided consent, and we do not sell phone numbers or contact information.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to provide our services — for example, with the couple or planner who owns the event, and with trusted service providers (such as hosting, email, and SMS delivery providers) who process information on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Couples and planners may request deletion of their event data by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the information entrusted to us.

Your choices

• Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP; unsubscribe from emails via the link in any message.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing hello@skypalette.ai.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults planning and attending weddings and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
